2019 started out as the worst year. I had seemingly going in and out of for the past six years. I had no sense of what I wanted. I spent almost a decade accepting nothing and wanting nothing.

It's cliche to say that this is the year I found myself. 2019 was the year I allowed myself to be lost, to be scared, and to actually be vulnerable. I began to find people that wouldn't just take from me. People who came through for me in anyway that they could. Folks who called, or showed up. Friends who listened and let me be listened to. And so, this album is for them. I don't have to name them. There are too many people who have saved me along the way, and it is not fair to forget any of them.

Track 3 was a part of "Explorations" which was an project exploring poetry and appropriation, Mikael Dunn and Piper LD poetry and voices are also featured on the project.

Track 4 was made as a collaborative effort for Christina Etter's short Film by the same name.

Track 5 was a video project for Chris Reilly's Digital Fabrications course
